Long before ChatGPT.
Twenty years spent on the relationship between humans and machines. As an experience designer (UX, UI, brand experience, product design), I built trust between people and screens at AT&T, for HBO Max and CNN, across New York, London, Paris and Tel Aviv. The journeys, the interfaces, that moment when someone thinks “I can do this”.
Today I teach people to make AI an ally rather than a threat. With a method and good judgment, starting from the need, never from the tool.
